Mariner 15 HP lower unit siezed

I hava a 15 hp mariner outboard with the lower unit siezed. I think it was from someone running it with no oil. I want to just buy a whole new one but cant seem to find them anywhere. Im not sure what year the outboard is and the only serial number i can find is 684c s 068441. Any advice would help or where i can get one. Thanks.

You might just be better off buying a new motor.
