I bought this used and motor kicks up in reverse and there are no tilt settings - you must reach down and flip the Lock Assembly Arms on either side and only is the top setting..
The ROD, REVERSE LOCK RELEASE is clearly not attached to anything. Nothing is grabbing the Manual Tilt Pin.
I am not convinced the pieces/parts are assembled correctly. Can anybody tell me what the ROD, REVERSE LOCK RELEASE connects to and what is supposed to move when you move the tilt lever?
How does manual tilt work? Can you operate in a partial tilt setting? If so can you tell what isn't set right or send a picture of how it works?
If someone has pictures to show how it goes together, it would be great. I can't tell via the schematic.
The only thing I have done is replace one of the two Reverse Lock Springs because one broke. When I get this fixed, I hope to install a CMC or Bob's Machine electric tilt.
