Mag350 Engine Start Metal Sound

Hey folks,

today we were out wakeboarding with our mag 350 (600ish hours old). When the next person jumped into the water, we stopped the engine for a few minutes. Then, we faced the following issue (see video). Any idea what problem we are facing?
