M40D2 Electric Start kit help

Im looking to convert my M40D2 from manual only over to electric start. When can I find a conversion kit that has wiring harness, ignition, and starter? Or will I have to buy it piece by piece if so where my local Tohatsu dealer is not much help anymore.

It's out of stock, because a few bits are OOS; A call to 214-420-6440 should tell you whether those pieces will be available soon.
