Lower unit will not come off

I have a 1978 mercury 200 20hp. I have removed all the nuts to get lower unit to drop but it seems stuck on forward end. I want to replace water pump but dont want to break anything getting to it. Any suggestions. Yes I have removed zinc plate.

Driveshaft may be stuck in the powerhead, not uncommon if the engine was not serviced regularly. With the nut still on the front stud, unscrewed to allow for movement but protecting the threads, try a little prying on top of that nut and the housing, sometimes the stud itself is stuck and needs some help coming out. Report back if you get any movement but keep your cool so you dont break any castings.
