Did a water pump rebuild and LU wouldn't' seat all the way. LU was in gear even though throttle control was in neutral. I guess this in gear thing wouldn't let the gear spline align correctly. So i determined the LU was in forward, so I moved the throttle control slightly towards the forward position and as soon as i did the LU slide into place. was this ok to do? Can this lead to other issues? thanks guys
