Thanks for the info. I have one more request. The motor I have (1972, Johnson 4hp) Has J6J plugs in it now. I read another posting for a 79 4ph and it said to use the J6C plug. Do I have the right plugs in my little motor?? What's the differance in the J6J and The J6C Plug?

"The J6J has been superceeded

"The J6J has been superceeded by the J6C plug. The "C" indicates a copper electrode for longer life.
