Lower unit oil leak

Hi, my first post so please be kind. I bought a 2013 Mercury Verado 250 last fall, brand new. Put 2.5 hours on it, and had it winterized by the dealer, changing both the engine and gearcase oils. Started it and ran it on low rpms in my driveway with water cooling the motor, no problem. Next day notice that lower unit oil was leaking out of the four small holes that are in the front of the gearcase. Do I have a problem?

I believe those are drain holes to prevent freeze cracking. Not sure why a 4 stroke would be leaking exhaust oil, though.
