"bottom fin(don't know what it's called) below prop hit drive way and broke off,can a repair be made or does whole lower unit need to be replaced? also bent a little."

That portion of the lower unit

That portion of the lower unit is called a "skeg". A new skeg can be heli arced onto the lower unit by any reliable propeller repair shop. You will need to remove the lower unit from the engine though.
