Lower Oring Location

'74 50hp twin. Daughter/SIL boat. Been replacing seals and orings. From the parts diagram, there is an driveshaft oring #76.

When disassembling, there was no small oring like this on the driveshaft and I don't know it's proper location.

Appreciate any help.
