lower BF100crank shaft seal no longer available?

I'm replacing the exhaust pipe on two BF 100 and BF 75 motors, the older series of blue motor cases. When you change the exhaust tube, you separate the engine at the oil pan/drive shaft level, and the lower crankshaft seal is accessible. The last time I performed this task I also replaced that lower seal, part number 91 202-881-003. I see that this part is no longer available. Can this be correct? The top crankshaft seal # 91201-881-003 differs by one number. Are they interchangeable, or do we just re-use the existing seal?

There are many opportunities to have this seal exposed doing routine repairs. It would seem that this soft gasket should be routinely replaced when the power head is opened. Whatare our options here?

1. Check the latest parts guides to see if that number has been superseded.
2. Go on the internet (google, ebay) and see if somebody has NOS (new old stock)
3. Use the old part over again....
 
So this is a note back to both Alan Hicks and racerone: WOW! You have expanded my universe! I went digging around the web a bit, and rediscovered iBoats. They happened to have one of the seals I was looking for. This made me realize that not all retailers draw from the same well, or their inventories may differ either a little or substantially. I did not need to explore eBay or the Google option, but that is now on my horizon. And racerone, the concept of going to a bearing shop: that is truly thinking outside the box. You enabled me to break my thinking pattern: Who else builds this widget? That may be an avenue for any number of parts, other than proprietary castings and molded products, which require tooling to create a unique part, but hey... I used to build boats. I could create a new engine hood or cast a part if I had to. Thank you both for the nudge. Now, if I can just be smart enough to escape the high cost of ordering a single engine seal, where the shipping is greater than the part cost. Thank you both again. Glen Seattle.
