Low rpm problem at wot

Faztbullet, I haven't pulled the heads yet , but I looked in the plug hole of cylinder 2, and 4, they say port-exhaust in the right spot from your description, I can't see in 6 real good below the cowling. But from what I see of 6 the top of the piston doesn't appear to have any carbon on it, like it's not combusting. But not positive yet. 2 and 4 cylinder both are stamped .020 so I'm assuming bored 20 over.
 
Faztbullet. so I got the vro pump done installed and motor decarbed. Four of the six pistons I can see are installed as you described they should be, EXT to the center of the motor. I believe with my not purchasing a OMC rebuild kit, I may have created another issue. now the boat will idle for a bit and stall out after a few min. I put the old setup back in and have the same issue. I appreciate all the thus far, I will start thread when I get my pump issue figured out. I will pull the heads and verify last 2 pistons positions.
