Low compression. Help. 82' evinrude 75hp

I traded a car trailer for a couple of boats that need work from a guy and tonight I got around to seeing how the engine was on the one boat because he said the guy he got it from said it runs but has no WOT so I checked the compression on it and it has 120 on one cylinder and 95 on the other 2 cylinders along with cracked coils. No wonder it had no WOT. Is there anything I can test on the engine before I tear it down to rebuild the other two cylinders?
The wet test I did brought the compression up to 120psi on both he low cylinders

I also should note that I have not heard the engine run yet because I'm waiting on the fuel line hook up to come maybe this weekend I can hard wire the fuel line in and see if it runs
