Lost trim "UP"

Trim "UP" on throttle does not work. "Trailer" trim works fine. I jumpered the "UP" contacts at throttle and nothing happened. Visual inspection of wiring at pump shows no signs of corrosion. Any thoughts?

I didn't see an edit button so I am replying to my own post. Is it safe to assume that the "up" solenoid is not the problem because it must use the same solenoid the "Trailer" button uses? If this is the case I may have a short in the "UP" button some where. Is my logic sound?
