lost power after water mix with gas

cleaned tank out change fuel lower cab was over flowing when i started it after i cleaned the tank i believe it was a stuck float put carb cleaner in it stop over flowing moter runs good at low speed and at high speed would not get to 4500 rpms after puting more cleaner it would perk up run good for a hour tubing then would shut down run only on low speed moter ran grat before the water cantamnent in fuel wondering if high speed jets are the issue or floats thanks

You might want to remove the carbs and get the water out.Dont know what motor or how many carbs but water introduced into the fuel system should be removed cleaner wont help.You could try some HEAT but the right way is remove clean If they Carbs havent been removed for awhile maybe kit them it may be time?????
