I have twin 140 volvos in '79 26 cruiser. They both work very well and I am amazed at the economy they are giving me. But, the stbd engine looses oil out the exaust but doesn't take sea water into crank. I have had trouble with the cooler in the past and had it repaired but was probably jury rigged by the mechanic. Can you substitute it with another brand/ generic? If not, will it be ok to use a used one? Who has the best price on what I need either new or used and finally...Why do they have to cost so stinking much??? At 1460 an ounce I should maybe hedge against the end of the world with oil coolers instead of gold!
