Looking for ECM 2000-01 5 l Mercruiser

Hi, Looking for an ECM for a Mercruiser part number 861925T3 Delphi number 16236999. If I get one that is a different delphi, can I get it programmed in BC or Alberta anywhere? Thanks for looking and replying. Duane

Responded to your other thread, I have one if you need it. Mine is off of a 350 EFI, I have the MEFI burn software if you need another program uploaded to it.
