I have a 2019 DFA 20hp that I bought from a buddy. It’s always been maintained and ran great. I took it off my boat to move home from college it was laid down in my truck for roughly 24 hours. I don’t remember what side it was on. When I got home I sat it upright in my garage and it sat like that for a few weeks. Then I tossed it on a new boat and went to start it and it wouldn’t pull. I’ve checked the pull start coil and it spins freely when disconnected, I’ve tried spinning it with a breaker bar with the plugs out, and with the lower unit off. It won’t turn over fully however, i can spin the flywheel a decent amount both ways before it stops. It doesn’t budge at all after that point.
