LM318 water temp alarm

Hi all,
I purchased a smart buzzer alarm that checks water temp and oil pressure. Now I am looking for an alternative housing where to screw the two sensors, in order to keep the original ones in place to drive the gauges? Is there someone who could help me?
Thank you!!!

You can Tee both of them in where the sensors are now. Just make sure you keep the temp sensor close to the manifold as possible. I'd add on to each manifold as well--there's a place for them there.

thank you Jeff.
the instruction paper suggest to place oil sensor together with the esisting one by adding a pipe that could receive both. regarding water temp, i will look for an alternative site, the gauge one is placed between the manifolds. it's a very good idea to have twin water sensors, i will provide for an extra one to operate with the first. could you be so kind to give me an idea of what could be a dangerous temp level for the LM318 1988 on my small wooden runaboat (17") with raw water cooling system? and what is normal water temp?
ciao from italy lakes

For raw water cooled: 150 ' F is normal (running a 140 ' F thermostat).

For closed cooling systems about 170 ' F is normal.

Ciao!

Jeff
