I posted a few weeks ago about high RPMs and not going in and out of gear. I got that issue fixed. While diagnosing that issue I had to remove cables from the engine. Since I have remove the cables and put them back on I can't get the boat to run as fast as it did. How do you adjust the throttle cable to the forward and reverse cable?
