Line cutter spacer rattles

Took my prop off my 280 VP. Th

Took my prop off my 280 VP. The wire cutter spacer was arched in 4 spots. What can you do to hold it in place when you assemble it. Do you have to get a new one and spot weld?

line cutter and spacer/ thrust washer should be in one piece. welded. replace it.
