Lightwin Model no. question

I have just bought a used Evinrude Lightwin and was told that it is an air cooled 2 hp motor. It seems a little big for a 2 horse so I thought that I had better research it a little before taking it out and cannot seem to find an owners manual online. I have looked on the name plate and it says that the model no. is 3042B Every time i try to use a search it kicks it out and says NO MATCH found. I have also tried 30428 with no luck. I don't know the yr. or hp since none of this info is on the motor. Any information would help.

After reading some similar post I thought that the Serial No. may be needed to answer this question. It is B5952
Also what oil/gas mixture is recomended?

3042 gives, 1962 3hp lightwin.
