Lean on Intermediate Circuit

E140TLETC 1993 140 loop
S series fixed jet carbs.
She starts idles and accelerates flawlessly, makes tons of power.
The forward detent is at 650RPM.

I experience a lean condition between 900 and 1100 rpm am I on the intermediate circuit in that range? The current jets are OEM #26.

I'm considering a smaller jet to richen the mixture anyone have suggestion? or am I overthinking this.

The sneeze is noticeable but she doesn't stall just a little stumble.
 
I reduced the intermediate air bleeds from #26 to #22, enrichening the mixture. Runs very well now no more lean sneeze and accelerates smoothly through the rpm range. Ran no wake speeds for 30 minutes @ 900rpm no sneezes, ran flawless. having mixture adjustment screws would have made this a lot easier!.
