I was told I need to lean out

I was told I need to lean out a cylinder because my motor was running rough at slow speeds.I'm not sure which is the rich-lean screw.I see a screw above the linkage area is that it or is that an idle screw.Facing front of engine the screw is on the left and near top of carbs.2001
60 hp block three cyl.

"Thank you Jwb.That information makes me feel better about turning any screws on the carbs.The repair shop is so busy that he suggested that I do it myself.Because its a jet I cant find a container big enough to do the work in my driveway.I'll have to launch it to perform the work on it ,but now I feel more confident about it."
