"No caulking or adhesive or other sealer as there's to much movement.

If it's the upper bellows, your u-joints and gimbal bearing risk being damaged."

What if its the exhaust or shift bellows? I was going to flood the bildge to see where water is coming out. Is this a good ideal?

"exhaust bellows doesn't matter, gets water in there all the time. Shift bellows will cause a slow drip +

Flooding bilge usually doesn't work, not enough pressure, best to drop in the water, grab a bright flash light and some good ears.

ONCE I saw it was the gimbal housing bolts, saw it on a boat that was about 5-10yrs old 2 yrs ago. Only leaked with the engine on, we took the engine out, no leak(caused a separation at the bottom of the mount), as the studs were loose."

"OMC Drives have similar setup

"OMC Drives have similar setup, no shift bellows, their Exhaust Bellows actually has RIBS cut. ( at the bottom of the V's )"
