Leaking water and gas

"This maybe a stupid question,

"This maybe a stupid question, but water is leaking out of my exhaust. I have a 1980 3.6hp merc and water and water is coming out of the exhaust. There is also a leak between the cylinder block and crankcase assembly. Another thing should I be putting adhesive or sealant on some of the gaskets? If anyone can help me it would be great. Thanks"
 
I changed all the gaskets on t

I changed all the gaskets on this thing and I can't seem to find the water outlet either. So i'm thinking this might be normal? I don't know thanks for the reply.
 
Any ideas on my gas leak thoug

Any ideas on my gas leak though? there is gas leaking between my crankcase and cylinder block assembly. Thanks.
 
Is it leaking from the side of

Is it leaking from the side of the block where they two halves mate together or from the top or bottom??
 
"The crankcase halves are leak

"The crankcase halves are leaking and you will have to strip it down , clean up the two halves and reseal. Eventualy you will damage the little engine if you continue to run it in this condition."
