leaking oil and gas down the motor

I get oil and gas leaking down the motor. It doesn't leak much, a little spot on the concrete. I have a 1990 200hp Johnsone. Motor runs great.

I do run slow around the boat ramp. Even if I ran it hard I have to idle before I load. I see other two stokes thats doesn't do that. Someone said the vent line on the tank might be clogged. I will try and get a pic or two this weekend. Thanks.
