I'm in need of some help with my 9.9 mercury. New to me, not sure of anything except I have rebuild the carb, primer system ,fuel pump and new float. .Also new plugs and fuel tank and lines. Oh and a new prop. Ok the trouble seems to be loading up mid-range and low speed. Takes about 10 seconds to clear out wide open. Wide open runs good. The air adjustment has to be opened only about 1/2 of a turn from lightly seated. Any more and it gets real bad. Also the timing marks. I just need to be sure on. I have a single dot a double dot and triple dots on the flywheel. Please explain these dots. THANKS ALL YOU HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
