Konig outboard engine

" I have 2 cylinder alcohol @ castor oil Konig outboard engine.
It is short legged to fit hydroplane .The flywheel is cast with these words on top: BERLIN 1936.
This is a complete engine with twin carbs and twinf unnel exhaust pipes. I have original squeez throttle, fuel tank, billet stainles Cary two blade prop and some steering gear.
Cant find any info on Konig. Can anyone help?
