Kohler Generator

My Boston Whaler 385 Conquest is in the water at my dock. I have a Kohler generator. Model 7.5 ELD-Low CO. I started it and ran it three weeks ago for 25 minutes. Today I tried to start it and I got an error code 60 ERR. And 1000 ERR. The generator did not even turn over. Can anyone point me in the correct direction on how to fix this problem?

Do you have a manual for this? Does it indicate what those codes correspond to?

Pull the spark plug and try to crank it.
 
Unable to find ELD but can find EKD
Can find ER1000 which is a O2 sensor and list fuel or spark plugs need service

Not able to find ER60

Check Bat connections and Bat voltage
