Just bad luck

I have a 2007 BF225 on a trophy boat down in the sea of cortez. Out yesterday at 4100rpms and struck something partially submerged-engine kicked up and alarm went off. Engine immediately reduced to 1500 rpms auto. I shut the engine down and inspected the lower unit -no damage and restarted. No alarms, ran well at 4100. When the sea kicked up on the way back the engine would alarm and partially shut down. Restart-it's fine. Happened 3 or 4 times.
Throttled back to 3000 and no alarm. Where should I start looking? Unfortunately I am out in the boonies so may need to fix this myself.

it is important to see the light also. continues alarm comes only at over heat and oil pressure problem, any sensor problem it will give intermediate alarm with check engine light on,

check the lights, if green lights goes off and continue alarm is related to oil pressure , red temp light comes on and continue alarm is related to over heat.
