johnsons 70hp 84.y No power.

I got this engine for last few months and I have done everything whatever need to be replaced.Engine Idles fine with flush hose plugged in.When I drop into water its fine just when I open throttles its dieing.
I puled spark plug out and they wet just middle cylinder its nice and dry.Any Idea please.Should be coils?I think Im getting weak sparks and thats couse low performance.

idling fine on a hose really means nothing.----------What is the compression on all 3 cylinders ???--------------Do you have spark on all 3 that will jump a gap of 7/16" with a snap you can hear??------Report what you find here.----------Have you removed the high speed jets found in the bottom of carburetor bowls, to verify that they are clean ???
 
compresieon all good.....125,125,110.....I have done all carbis....new fuel pump,power pack,spark plugs....im not sure if the spark are strong enought.how big spark ist if jumps 7/16" with snap?
