I have a 70's Johnson 115

I have a 70's Johnson 115 hp wont start when put in water. Starts first time at home when hooked up to a hose. Any suguestions

I checked that they are all ar

I checked that they are all around 120lb

Prime the bulb
Lift the warm

Prime the bulb
Lift the warm up lever
push in the choke and wind over with the choke engaged until it fires up
