My 1964 Johnson V4AL-16D 75 HP

My 1964 Johnson V4AL-16D 75 HP (electric shift) is on a 1965 16foot Crosby Vee hull boat. When at full throttle and planed out the boat pulls hard to the right. Tilt adjustment??
