Johnson Tn27 paint help

Hey friends...

I am in the process of restoring my Johnson tn 27 and ran into some trouble when ordering paint. Baced off of various online reasources I've looked at, the correct paint colour should be Sea Mist Green, but the original paint on my motor appears to be more if Sea Horse green.

What should the correct colour be?

Check with ----nymarine-----A bit of an authority on older paint colours and sells good stuff.

Your local auto body supply can scan and match the paint also......that's if it still hasn't faded too much. I do slot of restoration, that's how I do it. Then afterwards I epoxy clear over everything which protects the paint and decals better than OEM systems of the early years.
