I need to find a long shaft to convert my Johnson Sea Horse model #20 R 72 R. Is this shaft the same on all models? Does anyone know of a source for this part? You can email me if you have any helpful info.

You will need the 5" gearcase extension piece, a longer water tube and a longer shift rod as well as the driveshaft. It is generally not considered worthwhile converting. Better to sell the engine and purchase a long shaft one."
