i have 60 hp johnson ,that was seized ,i managed yo un seize.it will turn over without plugs in with plugs in it wont turnover,what can i do.thanks

You just have to be more specific with your information ------Siezed for what reason ???----------won't turn over by hand ???-----Won't turn over with starter motor ???-------Just bought this motor ???

Seize fm being left out side all winter. If I take plugs out ,motor will spin plugs in won't turn over motor .

Take the cylinder head off and have a look inside there.----------------Should be something simple .---------If it was laying on the ground ( you haven't given details ) then maybe mice built a nest in there???--------Easy to check this out.---------Is this a 3 cylinder motor or a V-4 , are the sparkplugs too long if a V-4 ????????You still have not said if this is with the starter motor turning it over or by hand ??????????????????-----You seem shy about given details , so it is going to take a long time to get this sorted out !!

its 4 cyc. previous owner use it last year in salt water .he forgot to flush it out .and left it on the ground covered with a tarp.
