johnson outboard with damaged plate HELP please!!!

Hi all,I recently picked up this johnson outboard which has a damaged id plate that is unreadable and was just wondering if someone would be able to tell me what this model is and what hp it might be.your help would be greatly appreciated.i have included some photos.thanks

It is a 10 HP from the years 1960/61---------Johnson outboard

It looks like a "Frankin Motor" to Me .
Or maybe Joseph's motor of many colors.
