My cousin has a 92 johnson gt200. The motor has always had a bad stutter when taking off and sometimes wont get passed a certain speed. We changed the plugs, fuel lines, fuel filter. But nothing seems to help it. we have mechanical knowledge but not with outboards. If you put the motor in neutral and rev it, it runs fine. When you put the motor in gear and take off it stutters until it builds up and runs wide open and runs fine. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
