Johnson gt150 j150STLCEM weak spark

This is a 1989 gt150 J150STLCEM I have been trying to figure out why it miss fires at idle , It starts right up and runs but shakes and pops. I noticed that it has weak spark when i use a spark tester its not snappy and blue and i notice it seems to be worst on cylinders 1-3-5 i have changed the stator the timer base the spark box even tried a different voltage regulator but no change . i have a brand new battery and the starter spins fast. i also put a new set of plugs the correct champions it calls for i am running out of ideas i pull the plugs and the right side looks dark and wet and the left side looks normal but a little wet. any thoughts would be of help.
