johnson control help

I have a control from a 1984 115 hp johnson i have no idea where two of the wires go i was hoping someone on here would know. I have attached a picture of the control box and wires

No clue. Possibly a tachometer. Would have to know what they connect to inside the control to give an intelligent answer.
