JOHNSON CD-12 Water Pump Impeller

Good Morning !

Can anyone tell me how the lower unit is disconnected from the mid section in order to change the impeller? Other motors that i HAVE WORKED WITH HAD A PLATE ON THE SIDE THAT YOU COULD DISCONNECT THE SHIFT ROD.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED !

You have to remove the powerhead for this one .-------Easy to do and a fine opportunity to inspect service the seal under the powerhead.
