Johnson 97 8hp 4stroke bogging when dogged or hammerd down

motor ideals perfect and runs great when i slowly turn the hand throttle, but when i "hammer down or turn the throttle" it bogs and backfires? the carb has been clean both jets twice new plugs any help thanks

think you have to leave the r off

Is the high speed jet good and clean ?? You may want to richen up the idle mixture screw as this may help.
