"My 90hp 1994 Johnson bogs down after the motor warms up at higher rpm's. Power pack was replaced at end of last season, all fuel filters replaced. Could it be coil pack? It doesn't do it under idle only when the engine is warmed up and higher rpms. It doesn't totally die but I have to put it in neutral and let it sit a minute and it is ok for another minute or two."
