I have a 1999/2000 Johnson 90, model J90VLSS that runs great BUT when I return to the ramp and raise the motor fuel and oil leak from under the engine cover onto the mounting bracket and upper shaft unit. I fear I am setting myself up for an environmental citation. Removal of the engine cover doesn't reveal any obvious problems. Any advice or suggestions?
