can anyone tell how to change the pump and how hard of a job it may be thank you very much

" James... Put the engine into reverse gear. Remove the lower unit retaining bolts, when the unit drops down, remove one of the 3/8" bolts from the shift connector. The unit will then drop off and you will see the water pump on top of the lower unit.
