"What should be the voltage out from the powerpack?
I have apprx 12V to the powerpack (it acutally starts at 12, but is the dropping to 7-8 V).
So my assumption is that at least the stator is OK.

Also I measured the coils and on one of them I got 260 ohms, but on the other one nothing. Does that means that it is broken? What value should I get?
