johnson 50 erratic spark

johnson 1985 g7044267..j50belco pulled flywheel , no discolered coils, like new, spark advance free, runs slow and wont pickup speed.....but kicks in for a few seconds and back to slow . went threw complete fuel system ( carbs, lines, reed valves, pump). timing light shows erratic spark, pull top plug wire "runs", pull bottom wire "runs".....i'm sure its electrical.....any idea's??

High speed jet absolutely clean?

change timing light and try again, (Have had some lights that show erratic timing,when timing was deade on) sounds like fuel to me.
