Yes Sir, I followed your directions and custom made a screw driver. There was no other way for me to remove them, as one was really stuck and required a lot of force to get out. The other one was in pretty good as well but required a little less force to get it out.

I've encountered jets so tight that I had to have the float chamber or the upper body gently gripped in a vice, and then using a pencil tip hand held propane torch, had to heat the aluminum surrounding the jet to help free it... yeah, that happens frequently.
 
I damaged the screw head portion of both jets, getting them out. I received my new ones yesterday. I was surprised they werent in the carb rebuild kits. Then I broke that plastic gas manifold that goes from fuel pump to each carb and to primer. $54.00 for that little thing.
 
Hey, thanks a lot. My motor fired right up and runs beautiful. I engaged the propeller forward and reverse and it runs beautiful. Thanks much for your support.
