"I have Johnson Sea-Horse 4 hp from 1983.
I don't sea location of water outlet.
Please, how I can conclude that is impeller damaged because I don't sea water outlet?"
 
"There is a water outlet area

"There is a water outlet area halfway down the back of the exhaust housing (housing between powerhead and lower unit).

If water is circulating properly, a faint spray of water will be seen exiting that area, not a strong stream, just a spray of sorts.

However, when in doubt, it's no big job to drop the lower unit on that model to check or replace the water pump.

put your hand over exzaust hal

put your hand over exzaust half way down the power head theirs 4 little holes you should feal a slight mist like joe said
